I recently stayed at a lovely suite with a balcony, and I was thrilled with the rainfall showerhead and comfy bed—definitely one of the best I've experienced! Although there was a checking delay for our upgraded room, I’d absolutely return for the amazing rooftop pool!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. I really appreciated the spacious room that felt comfortable throughout my stay. The rooftop pool offered a nice escape, though the water wasn’t as clear as I had hoped. My biggest issue was with the hot water. I went without it during my entire stay and when I reached out to the management, they didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. The noise from nearby traffic was noticeable, but I found the room quiet enough for restful sleep. Overall, the stay had its moments, but certain maintenance and customer service aspects definitely need attention.

During my stay, I faced persistent issues with cleanliness. There was mold in the bathroom, and it was disappointing to have inconsistent towel replacements. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made it hard to find peace and quiet in my room.

My Superior King Room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a strong AC and a coffee machine for those mornings when the sun is just too bright. The rooftop lounge, a hidden gem, offers a cozy atmosphere to unwind and has an inviting vibe that screams relaxation.
